ATS Checker is offered entirely for free as a tool to help job seekers. There are no Pro tiers, hidden fees, subscriptions, or paywalls. You do not need to create an account to use the Service.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
ATS Checker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your resume will pass any particular ATS or result in interview invitations. ATS systems vary significantly between employers, and a high score does not guarantee any employment outcome.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATS Checker and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: reverse-engineering the scoring algorithms, using the Service for any unlawful purpose, or attempting to cause harm to our infrastructure or other users.
